In Alsace, the majority languages that are learned, are German and English in opposite to the rest of France that learned in majority English and Spanish.

However we can think that the majority of people works in Switzerland and in Germany are alsacian while people works in the tertiary sector are people who come from the rest of France or other country like Italia or Spain.

In Alsace we have the chance to learn German but we don’t take the chance because we could learn German since we are young and we think German is ugly and useless language. But for found a job it’s easier when in our CV employer see you speak German.

Germany is a Land that have many job ads and less job application that's why they engage foreign it's the same for Switzerland, because they have less unemployment but it's not the same case for France. A German or a Swiss has more difficulty to find a job in France. Por example Germany has 30 869 000 employment in the tertiary sector (source : « Le Quat'pages » Décembre 2012 Maison de l'emploi et de la formation) and the most recherching Jobs in Germany and Switzerland in 2012 are qualify worker and Ingenieur.

But for working in this countries you must not only be qualify because the principale criterion for recruitment in the campanies is to master the language of this country here German but English is also a important language for travel in a multinational company at foreign. When you can speak several languages you have better luck to find a good job in any countries because it's shows you that you are open-minded.

« The job of my life » is a part of the European program of professional mobility of young people to Germany.
